We had our first Get Away & Get It Done workshop last week. Let me tell you, I think it was fantastic!
Not only did the group really learn the technical aspects of blogging and podcasting, we really had a chance to brainstorm and bond with one another.

This week we’re going to talk about something that doesn’t cost any money but could end up having the biggest impact on your bottom line this year if you were to employ it.
What I’m going to talk about tonight is something that Napoleon Hill, the author of ‘Think and Grow Rich’ and several other books, credited as one of the top ten principles of personal achievement, and that is the principle he called “accurate thinking”.
As I said thinking is free, there is nothing that is more profitable. If you can teach yourself to engage in thinking, in quiet meditation, in sitting and just thinking through the opportunities, the obstacles, the challenges within your business, you can have a dramatic impact on your bottom line.

Personalitization and Simplicity Really Pays Off!
One of my favorite examples of personalitization and a simple idea really paid off big today for Daily Candy founder Dany Levy.
She sold the company to Comcast for $125,000,000 dollars. (It looks like a lot of money when you actually put all those zeros in there.)
You may remember me talking about Daily Candy as a nice, simple, focused business -- one email a day featuring one great thing.
When I first talked about her (around 2001), she had 33,000 subscribers. Today she has 2.5 million.
How could YOU model this in your business?

Greetings From Punta Cana!
I'm sitting in this room right now relaxing and looking out over the pool.
We've been having a great time here in Punta Cana...it's really beautiful.
Golf every day. Great dinners every night. Great fun with our friends.
We've decided we're going to stay here and not come home.
Just kidding :)
We're heading home tomorrow and we'll be back in Action full speed on Tuesday.
