Just to clarify, you're looking for a single family property, with 2-4 bedrooms between $100,000-$150,000

Hi Denise. My plans are moving back to LA in June. I'm originally from there born and raised. I moved here about 3 years ago and I do currently have a house financed here in Dayton. Things are more expensive down there than here for sure. I only paid $------ for my house and land. So the prices over there are to me expensive. I also am wondering because I don't have a job exactly over there yet. I'm currently a manager at -------'s over here and once the time got closer I am going to call and see about just transferring to a location over there. So actually if you do have anything less than $100,000 that would probably be better for me. I am a single mother of 3 daughters. I survive over here but all my family is in LA that's why I'm wanting to move back to there. It doesn't have to be in the city of either Lafayette or Baton Rouge. I know things are more expensive there. So before we go any further I wanted to tell you about my house here and my job situation. That's why I asked about renting also because I'm not sure if I would be able to outright buy a house without working at a certain place for a certain amount of time. So if there is anything you could do I would appreciate it. Thank you.
